Clients must take proof of eligibility (see * below) and pay half the fee
at the time of attending with the animal
Clients will be required to show proof of eligibility (see *below) at the time of attending with the animal, and at registration. In addition, those using our out of hours emergency arrangements or whose animals are referred to other practices will be asked to pay half the fee charged, at the time of attending the practice concerned.
(* One of the following: Documentary proof of currently receiving Council Tax Benefit, Housing Benefit or Pension Credit; Big Issue Seller's Licence; letter confirming genuine homelessness from Worthing Churches Homeless Projects. If a client ceases to be eligible for subsidy, treatment can continue on a full fee basis for the lifetime of registered animals)
